Clubs & Societies: Submit New or Amend Details

If there's something wrong with a directory entry, please help us to keep it up-to-date by letting us know. And if you're not listed here, but you should be.  Please note that any personal details (name, phone, etc.) can only be published if we have a signed Data Protection Form.  The form is available here in Word or PDF format.  The main one is for clubs/societies; there is also one for businesses.  If you specify when your AGM is, we will know to contact you then to find out if there have been changes.  We urge you to provide a phone number at least, and ideally an email to make it easy for new comers to contact you.

All clubs and societies get a free entry into the directory. However, we can also host a couple of dedicated pages on this site for any organisations that don't have web sites of their own but want a web presence. Depending on what you want, there may be a nominal (a few pounds per annum) fee associated with this, but the "not for profit, needs of the community" spirit applies so we're looking to minimise this. Club/Society Details Please provide us with the information to go into the directory. The format of entries varies from section to section, but there's a common "core" of details we need: who you are, where you are and how to contact you. So provide these as a minimum, plus the other details where they're relevant. Remember, personal details cannot be displayed without a signed hard copy Data Protection Form. See Above.
