   4.  Or just call in at our office at the above address. We're normally there between 10:30 and 13:00,
         Monday to Friday inclusive.

         --The Clerk can be seen by appointment  by ringing the above phone numbers.
         --Enquiries about the Village Green can be made during open hours with the exception of
                  Wednesdays to Gwen.

         Policies for using the Green. 

       --While it is owned and maintained by the Broadway Trust, bookings for The Green are done only
              through the Parish Council.

       --You are welcome to ring to check availability, all requests must be put in writing.

       --A copy of your current public liability insurance must be sent before bookings can be confirmed.
       --There is no charge for use.

      --To minimise wear and tear, the Green cannot be used in two consecutive weekends.  For
         example, if it is used on a Saturday, it cannot be used again until the Saturday a fortnight later.

      --Bookings  are on a first come, first served, basis and are at the discretion of the Parish Council.
 

Elected and co-opted representatives meet seven times a year to run the parish.  Approved minutes are posted at the Library and Parish Noticeboard opposite the Lygon Arms Hotel or on this website (Meetings and Minutes)

Please note that Council rules mean that we cannot respond to individual questions without due consideration. This means that all questions need to be submitted in writing in advance, and then put to the full Council at the next meeting.
