Parish Council MeetingsAll meetings are on Thursdays, commencing at 7.00 pm prompt. Generally, the meetings take place on the fourth Thursday in the month, but there are exceptions, usually in May and December. Meeting documentation such as minutes will be published here as soon as they are approved and accepted as correct. They'll also be published in paper form in the village library at the same time. Each meeting's minutes are approved at the following meeting, so this typically gives a delay of around six weeks before they're published. We changed the colour to White for visibility- if it's underlined, then you can click on it.
Additional meetings may be called at any time at the discretion of the Chairman. Meetings are held at the Parish Council office in Russell Square. and are open to the public. |
