Local Directory: Submit New or Amend Details

If there's something wrong with a directory entry, please help us to keep it up-to-date by letting us know. And if you're not listed here, but you should be - well, let us know that as well!

For any personal information (name, phone, email) we will need a signed Data Protection Form.  So, if you are listing for the first time, or you have had a change of personnel, please complete the forms.  One version is for clubs, the other for businesses.  They are each available in Word and in PDF format.

Business/Organisation Details Please provide us with the information to go into the directory. The format of entries varies from section to section, but there's a common "core" of details we need: who you are, where you are and how to contact you. So provide these as a minimum, plus the other details where they're relevant. See above about Data Protection, a we cannot include any personal details without an original, hard copy, signed form.

Enhanced and Enhanced Plus Listings This web site is run on a not-for-profit basis for the benefit of the whole community. Every local organisation is thus entitled to a free listing in this directory. However, "enhanced" listings are available if required for a nominal fee (currently £5 per year). This money is our only source of income and goes towards the running costs of this site. If you're interested in this option, please provide some further details below and we'll contact you. We can also host a couple of dedicated pages on this site for any small businesses that don't have web sites of their own but want a web presence. Again, a nominal fee applies (an additional £5 per year), so get in touch if this is something that's of interest to you: info@broadwayvillage.org.uk.
