Broadway Fire Station
Broadway fire station is crewed by members of the local community who have undergone firefighting training to become retained firefighters. These men and women respond to emergency calls in their area in all conditions and whatever the time of day. The station currently has thirteen retained firefighters who meet on Monday evenings for training drills. One Scania Rescue Appliance can be swiftly deployed to any fire or rescue incident.

Meets on 1st Thursday of each from 3-4pm in Signpost Offices, 4 Russell Square, off the High Street. Feel free to drop in. This group provides support for cancer sufferers/survivors, carers, and family members; providing an opportunity for encouragement, information and fellowship. (correct as at 6/2014)

Meets at the Bowling Club, Kennel Lane, Broadway, WR12 7DJ, most evenings from the end of April to mid-September Open to all age groups. Anyone welcome to try; tuition available. Full or social membership available. Skittles league runs through the winter months.

Wed. evenings term time 7:30-9pm at URC Hall. About 40 members sing in 4 part harmony, a varied programme. We give concerts locally twice a year. No auditions necessary. Subscription per half year is 10 pounds.

Broadway United Football Club is a members club with 3 senior football teams and a thriving youth programme from Under 8's to under 18's. New members both players and social members welcome.
Facilities include 2 adult pitches, a junior pitch and Changing Rooms. Clubhouse with bar, pool table, dart board and Sky Sports on a big screen. Opening hours Saturday 12-3pm, Sunday 12-3pm, Friday Night 7.30-9pm as a minimum. Football at home or live football on Sky will keep the Clubhouse open longer.
Events such as quizzes, live music, darts etc held. Please see notices in Clubhouse for details.

|Broadway United Youth Football Club||meets at Milestone Ground, Childswickham Road; provides football coaching by qualified coaches to children from 8-15 years. Six teams are entered into district football leagues and fixutres are arranged for every weekend from September to April.|

|Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway||
Trading name of the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway Plc (GWSR), devoted to reopening as much as possible of the former Great Western Railway line between Cheltenham and Stratford upon Avon. The heritage railway is almost entirely run by volunteers, and operates between Cheltenham Racecourse Station and Laverton. It is currently extending the line northwards to Broadway and restoring the station. The public are invited to consider becoming a Member of the Railway, volunteering, becoming a shareholder of the Plc, or sponsoring/donating. For more details see the GWSR website.
